Cancellation Policy

Nothing is more important to us than your health and your family’s health. As a community, we must all follow measures that have been put into place to slow the spread of the virus.

We will continue to closely observe government recommendations and to comply with guidelines that have been established to protect our event’s participants and partners.

If we must cancel the event in Montréal or Québec City due to public health directives, please note that the event will be held entirely virtually for guests who are in the city or cities concerned. Consequently, ticket holders will be contacted to convert their ticket to the event into a virtual experience or donation. The amount of the tax receipt will be modified accordingly.

For financial partners, their virtual visibility will be honoured and enhanced if the restaurant event must be cancelled. The Foundation will contact the partners directly to confirm and activate digital visibility.

Health guidelines for the event sites will be communicated with participants in the days before the event.
