Tabata – Cardio and Strength

During each workout, participants experience short intervals based on Tabata Bootcamp training that boosts the metabolism to burn calories post workout. It is based on a training protocol that alternates high-intensity workouts with short recovery periods (20 seconds of high-intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest).

Functional Training

Over a period of multiple sessions, participants will experience a strength-building workout with superset and/or circuit weight training to promote endurance and strength in daily life. Each workout is different, employing a range of strength-building exercises that work one or more muscle groups, such as deadlifts, squats, bent over rows, and shoulder presses.

Introduction to Yoga

This complete and progressive training is offered in a virtual environment and interactively with a coach. Over a period of multiple sessions, participants will discover yoga for the first time or revisit the foundations of yoga through a detailed breakdown of posture, alignment and breathing techniques.

Variable Intensity Interval Training

October 23 to December 11
Over a period of multiple sessions, participants will experience an interval class consisting of different segments that allow participants to work at variable intensities. The medium-intensity segment focuses on muscular strength, endurance and agility. The high-intensity segment focuses on working at 90 percent capacity. The low-intensity segment is intended for slow, controlled movements and serves as the active recovery period of the workout.
